Can dogs be saved by eating rat poison?

Dogs can be revived after taking rat poison. If most of the drug has not been absorbed, a large amount of poison can be discharged through gastric lavage and vomiting, which can generally be revived. But if the poison has been absorbed and the dog is showing symptoms, the chances of survival will be significantly reduced.

There are many kinds of rat poisons, some of which can cause neurological symptoms, and the toxicity of rat poisons is relatively strong. If the dog takes a small amount of rat poison, or promptly induces vomiting and gastric lavage after eating the rat poison, the probability of successful rescue will increase linearly.
